Who we are is how we lead.

To scale daring leadership and build courage in teams and organizations, we have to cultivate a culture in which brave work,

tough conversations, and whole hearts are the expectation,

and armor is not necessary or rewarded.

Creating a Courage Culture

A 24-Hour Workshop for Becoming

Dare to Lead Trained™

Creating a Courage Culture is a 24-hour course designed to help you move courage from the arena floor to the classroom, boardroom, or living room. Based on the research from Dr. Brené Brown's Dare to Lead, this course explores the four key skill sets of daring leadership:

  • Rumbling with Vulnerability

  • Living into Your Values

  • Braving Trust

  • Learning to Rise

With the help of a Dare to Lead™ Certified Facilitator, 20 years of Dr. Brené Brown's research, 400,000 pieces of data, and exclusive videos, we will lead you through exercises to increase your self-awareness, build your courage skill sets, and allow you to take practical tools back to your teams. You'll learn tools for rumbling with vulnerability and combating shame, perform a self-assessment of armored vs. daring leadership traits, choose your two most defining values, and exchange stories of daring leadership challenges with peers across industries.

Upon completion of the course, you will be Dare to Lead™ Trained and prepared to lead a more daring life.
